Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned via the registered payment method, though bonus funds will be forfeited.

• Self-exclusion for responsible gaming: 30 days, 6 months, or permanently
• Cooling-off period: 24 hours to 30 days
• Deposit Limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit

Requests to reopen an account during a self-exclusion period will not be accepted before the designated period has ended.
